Welcome to April, our first full month with a theme
In the Future / The Future is Now / Yesterday was Once the Future– Time, preferably the multiple tenses of the future. In Daniel Birnbaum’s book “Chronology” he expresses the crystallization of time as when in art (writing, etc), you are aware of more than one temporal mode (past, present, future). It is a very broad topic, you could talk about the future of art, economics, climate(s), etc. You could talk about how you once viewed what the future would be like today. You can try to historicize our present moment in time. Or whatever you want- like everything else, it’s open to interpretation!
D Billy has provided us with a lovelypiece fo art for out banner, inspuired by this month’s theme.
